Welcome back to Home Learning Year 1
This is the start of our final week of Home Learning together!
The Maths and English are below and we have got an activity this week that we will be sharing with your new teacher.
Please use our class email to contact us and you can chat to your friends on the class blog.

Download the pack for your child's year group and follow lesson sequence. Activity sheets can be printed or tasks can be completed directly into Home Learning book.
RE Week 6
This week you will be finding out what class you will be in next year. To help your new teacher get to know you, please complete 'For My New Teacher'. You can print the document or draw and write straight onto a page. You may want to include some extra information that you would like your new teacher to know. Please send this through to your class email so it can be forwarded to your new teacher.

In Year 1, we will be focusing on the following targets.
Read Year 1 Common Exception Words
Read words using year group phonic expectations
Answer questions that require retrieval, inference and prediction based on what they have read.
Spell Year 1 Common Exception Words
Capital letters and full stops
Correctly formed and sized letters
Write a sequence of sentences.
Read and write numbers to 100
Say 1 more or less within 100
Count forwards and backwards from any number within 100
Add and subtract one and two digit numbers to 20
Fluent with number bonds to 10
Try the daily Lego challenge @STMLeicester if you fancy something creative.
Don’t forget to ask your grown up to email a photo to our class email.
