This week's NDCYS Missionary Dicipleship challenge is:
To make a decision on how you can help others. Watch the video here: http://chaplaincyblog.aquinas-cmat.org/2020/05/06/missionary-discipleship/ If you would like your entry to feature on the NDCYS website and live show on Friday at 2.30pm, please send a photo (or short video clip) of how you are going to complete this week's challenge. You can include a message too if you would like.
Please send these to: firstname.lastname@example.org and I shall enter them in to the challenge.
Below is a suggested routine for your day that myself and the other key stage two teachers came up with. You don't have to completely stick to it, but it's a good way to help you balance work with rest and free time.
Pentecost Term 2
Oh how the time flies!!!!!
This week you will have found out what class you will be in next year.
To help your new teacher get to know you, please complete 'For My New Teacher'.
You can print the document or draw and write straight onto a page. You may want to include some extra information that you would like your new teacher to know.
Please send this through to your class email so it can be forwarded to your new teacher: email@example.com
HELLO my lovely Year 3/4s!
I hope you and your families are well and keeping safe. As you know I am in school till 10th July looking after the key worker children, so Mrs Lambert, Mrs Ramsell/Mrs Cummins will continue to set lots of fun activities, and also try to answer your emails when they can. I will try my best to look at work sent to the Year 3/4 class email, however there will be a delay in my response.
I am super proud of how you all have adapted with the current situation and been resilient throughout it. I am extremely impressed with all your hard work since lockdown. I know it's not been easy, but you have persevered through all the difficulties (with a little help from your grown-ups) and shown your commitment to your learning. You are truly fantastic!
I also heard there is an upcoming KS2 talent show. Don't forget to send in your entries. I would love to see all of you showcase your wonderful talents, alongside the rest of KS2. Entries need to be sent to Year 4/5 class email by Wednesday morning.
Enjoy the last week of the school year and continue shining!
Take care and God Bless,
